Job Title: DC Office Manager/ Account Manager

Job Description:

  1. Account Manager

      • Purchasing Outside Vending & Paper
  2. Ensure Success of office – Provide support to all office account execs
    • Specification
    • Problem resolution
    • Pricing
    • Samples
    • Dummies
    • Anything else that may help make the office successful
  3. Leader - Change Agent
    • Be open to change
    • Recommend new and better ways of doing things and implement them

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of print knowledge with a 4CP commercial printer. 
  • Knowledge of both Sheetfeed and Web printing equipment.
  • 45minute max communite to Bethesda
  • Knowledge of a print management tool (ie PSI, Hagen, etc. . . )
  • Self starter with a strong desire to learn and improve
  • Strong organizational skills
  • possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good phone manner.  Ability to deal effecively with clients, sales, and vendors.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
  • 4 Days in Bethesda, 1 day in Baltimore (Wednesday)
  • Minimum 30 day training in Baltimore office
